Hey! My name is Adrian Joele. I have been involved in nutritional supplements and weight management products for over six years and I like to share my knowledge with anyone who could benefit from it. I have been in the MLM industry for more than ten years and changed only once: from AMWAY to the company I am working for now. The latter gave me more advantage in the quality of the products and the compensation plan. I am new in Internet marketing and still prefer the one-on-one method of sponsoring and presenting to prospects.I like to call it Relationship marketing,rather than MLM or Network marketing,because it is vital important to be able to establish a relationship with your prospect first. There must be common interests and goals to be able to communicate on the same wavelength. I like to use the same system as my upline, Nick Roditis, who became financially independent by age 28, after three years in the business. This system was developed by Virend Singh, who sponsored Nick and is called the "True Friends System". It consists of a mini-interview,to be able to classify the prospect,a full presentation and a follow-up. Focus groups are formed in order to encourage each other and to build each other up mentally. With the development of the Internet,the different stages are all created on the Internet and webcast presentations and trainings are set up. I wouldn't like to use any other company or system to promote my MLM business.
